SHIPPING & REFUNDS

SHIPPING POLICY
  • Mittai is not responsible for shipment held for any reason beyond our control like government agencies, natural calamities or unforeseen events.

  • In case of damage of shipments because of solely Mittai's mistake, refund will be given in 30 days.

  • Claiming conditions: Complaint must be given within 72hrs through mail from the shipment delivery date, along with proof.

  • Transaction fees will be deducted for all Cancelled orders.

REFUND POLICY
  • No Refunds are applicable for any orders received 5 hours post delivery.

  • Partial refunds are applicable for items received wrongly.

  • No refunds are applicable for the products which aren't shipped due to some reasons listed out in the shipment policy.
