Mittai is not responsible for shipment held for any reason beyond our control like government agencies, natural calamities or unforeseen events.

Mittai Shop dispatches the order within 1-2 days and the delivery will take approximately 3-7(Min: 3 days, max: 7 days) days based on your location.

In case of damage of shipments because of solely Mittai's mistake, refund will be given in 30 days.

Claiming conditions: Complaint must be given within 72hrs through mail from the shipment delivery date, along with proof.

Transaction fees will be deducted for all Cancelled orders.

No Refunds are applicable for any orders received 5 hours post delivery.

Partial refunds are applicable for items received wrongly.

No refunds are applicable for the products which aren't delivered to your home due to some reasons listed out in the shipment policy.
